1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "888k" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" refers to the operator of the 888k.lol platform, licensed under applicable international gaming regulations.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 888k platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the 888k website at 888k.lol, including all associated pages, games, betting markets, and services.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account opened by a Player with 888k, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held in a Player's account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "Approved Payment Methods" refers to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Transfer, as currently supported by 888k for deposits and withdrawals.
• "Game Rules" refers to the individual rules applicable to each game or betting market available on the Platform, as published within the relevant game interface.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 888k Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their current published version. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and 888k.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting 888k support. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

888k reserves the right to decline registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe these Terms have been or are likely to be violated.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with 888k, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 888k operates a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
2. You must be registering as an individual in your own name. Corporate registrations are not permitted.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address.
4. You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 888k account.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or registering for any commercial purpose.
6. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

888k reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC — at any point during the lifetime of your account. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. 888k will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 888k support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.

888k shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account credentials will be treated as activity authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

888k implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections. However, no digital security system is entirely infallible, and you acknowledge this inherent limitation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 888k Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or direct Bank Transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 888k account within 60 seconds of successful processing. Delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside 888k's control.
• 888k does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, to the account registered in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 24–72 hours from the time of request, subject to completion of any pending identity verification.
• 888k reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, which may temporarily extend processing times.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will not be approved.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

888k offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods for each promotion are published within the individual promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met.
• Real-money funds and Bonus Funds are held separately in your account. Withdrawals will first be processed from your real-money balance unless otherwise specified.

7. Gaming Rules

Each game, table, or betting market available on the 888k Platform is governed by its own specific Game Rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game or market.

General gaming conditions applicable across all 888k games include:

• All game outcomes for RNG-based slots and table games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, independently audited for fairness.
• Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers and are subject to the same fairness standards as their RNG counterparts.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, 888k reserves the right to void affected rounds and return applicable stakes to player balances.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are settled in accordance with officially published match results. 888k's settlement decisions are final once a market is officially declared settled.
• PSL and international cricket in-play markets are subject to automatic suspension during official interruptions, including rain delays and DRS reviews.
• 888k reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888k Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, exploit promotions, or evade a suspension.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 888k staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 888k Platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, interface design, text, software, trademarks, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 888k or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 888k.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and NetEnt remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to the provider's own licensing terms, which 888k has obtained the right to sublicense to Players for personal use only.

10. Privacy & Data

12. Limitation of Liability

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888k holds its international gaming licence.
